岗位职责： Position: General Manager of GRI-Vietnam Reports to:Senior Director of Asia Pacific Operations Subordinates: Production Manager, Warehouse lead ,Planning ,Purchasing, Maintenance ,Human Resources and must work well with Quality and Finance. Responsibilities: 1.Increase plant efficiency while controlling costs and maintaining a high quality product; 2.Ensure coordinaion between teams in Vietnam ,China and US as needed 3.Ensure that the GRI procedures and Laws of Vietnam are followed; 4.Control and maintain all assets ,including plant,equipment and materials; 5.Review purchases aganinst the budget and monthly expenses; 6.Ensure sufficient wokers to complete customer orders on time and without overtime. Qualification: 1.Speaks Vietnamese and Chinese or English also helpful 2.Managenmet experience in a manufacturing environment,preferably with a cut sew operration; 3.Experience with continuous improvement of a manufacturing company; 4.Experience with hiring training and monitoring of workers and theri performance; 5.Engineering back ground is a plus 6.Knowledge of Microsoft office software.
