1、工艺工程师1名 薪资待遇：8k-12k （五险一金及年终奖均有）dts人事招考网
主要工作职责：dts人事招考网
1、深入生产现场，处理现场出现的工艺异常问题，预防及完善工艺标准，并监督落实；dts人事招考网
2、负责新产品的现场试生产，对工艺难点进行试验，给出生产辅助工具和工装的图纸，制定标准作业指导书，并培训现场员工，指导监督全过程，对新产品批量生产的可行性进行把控，完善试生产报告和相关工艺资料；dts人事招考网
3、负责对员工进行工艺操作的培训和指导，使员工能够熟练掌握产品生产工艺；dts人事招考网
4、负责产品图纸转化和绘制，对审查签署的工艺技术文件，产品技术条件，工艺标准等资料的正确性，合理性负责；dts人事招考网
5、根据试生产流程，优化生产工艺，提高产品质量，制定新产品的标准工时；dts人事招考网
6、负责主导解决车间的工艺问题，通过工艺优化，识别浪费，消除浪费，降低生产耗时，减轻员工疲劳度，提高质量，提升产能；dts人事招考网
7、完成公司领导交办的其它工作任务，积极完成公司规定或部门承诺的工作目标。dts人事招考网

1、大专及以上学历，机械、电气等相关理工科专业；dts人事招考网
2、能熟练使用二维及三维制图软件，并且能看懂较为复杂的机械图纸；dts人事招考网
3、有变压器行业工作经验及精益生产项目经验优先；dts人事招考网
